Role:Senior Compliance Analyst

Location:Remote

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SigmaFlow compliance workflow management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience mapping regulatory requirements to policies, procedures, workflows, and audit evidence.
• Experience assessing enterprise workflow platforms, validating upgrades, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience supporting electric utilities, energy companies, or other NERC-regulated organizations.
• Familiarity with CIP-004, CIP-007, CIP-010, and CIP-011 requirements.
• Experience handling BES Cyber System Information (BCSI) in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, API integrations, system configuration, and workflow routing.
• Experience with role-based access controls, access governance, and separation of duties.
• Strong technical documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
