Sign Installer

Fusion Sign and Design located in Riverside, CA is currently seeking full time, experienced sign installers to join our growing company

Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company located in Riverside, CA. We are looking for talented individuals with sign installation experience to join our dynamic team as we achieve our next level of excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience installing all types of signage, including but not limited to channel letters, illuminated sign cabinets, Gatorfoam, plexiglass, architectural, ADA signs, wood signs, banners, flags, etc. The capable person to fill this position must be able to read drawings and plans, have a strong work ethic and hold a “Can-Do” attitude, even under stress. In addition, we have a new fleet of Dodge trucks for our installation crews to drive.

Qualifications the successful candidate should possess:

• Show a clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
• Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner and with integrity.
• Strong organizational skills
• Eye for detail.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions, maps and read basic construction plans.
• Finish carpentry and basic construction skills needed.
• Must have valid driver's licenses and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with deadlines.
• Schedule flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ingenuity and problem-solving skills/creativity.
• Sign installation experience a must
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A Can-Do attitude
• Wages D.O.E.

Responsibilities

• Install signs according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
• Utilize carpentry skills to construct and modify sign structures as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment, including an ohmmeter, to test electrical components of illuminated signs.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 to $25.00
