Prescott Signs, a locally owned and operated sign company serving a 100-mile radius around Huntsville, AL, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sign Installer to join our team. We specialize in manufacturing and installing high-quality signage for businesses of all sizes.

Position: Full-Time

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Location: Huntsville, AL

Compensation: $19-$22 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Safely install a wide variety of signage including channel letters, monument signs, panel signs, wall graphics, and more
• Service signage that no longer illuminates or is damaged
• Operate and maintain installation equipment including bucket trucks, cranes, lifts, and hand tools
• Follow installation instructions, site plans, and layout drawings
• Communicate with clients and project managers on-site to ensure proper placement and satisfaction
• Perform electrical hookups for illuminated signs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to local codes and standards
• Remove existing signage when required
• Perform job site clean-up and document work completed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sign installation, construction, or a related field required
• Ability to work at heights and handle the physical demands of lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and installation instructions
• Electrical or welding experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and with a team
