Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our team, responsible for installing various products and systems at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in installation processes across different environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup of products or systems.
• Install equipment, fixtures, or systems according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
• Test installed systems for functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after installation.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule installation appointments and confirm requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and handling tools and materials responsibly.
• Complete all required documentation, including installation reports and checklists, accurately and promptly.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking tools, parts, and materials used during installations.

Skills

• Proven experience in installation work or related technical roles is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
• Physical dexterity and stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on technical work in a dynamic environment. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to completing installation projects efficiently and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
