As part of our inclusive education initiatives, we offer Sign Language learning programs designed to support communication, accessibility, and social inclusion for hearing and speech-impaired individuals, their families, educators, caregivers, and professionals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Sign Language Instructor to teach Sign Language to hearing-impaired, speech-impaired, and communication-challenged learners, as well as to individuals who wish to learn Sign Language for personal, educational, or professional purposes.

The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible lessons, adapting teaching methodologies to meet diverse learner needs, and fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes effective communication and confidence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Sign Language, inclusive education practices, and learner-centered teaching methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, Language Studies, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Sciences, or related disciplines.

· Relevant Sign Language certification from a recognized institution or training body.

Experience

· 1–5 years of experience teaching Sign Language or working with hearing and speech-impaired individuals.

· Experience in educational institutions, special education settings, NGOs, rehabilitation centers, language academies, or inclusive learning environments is preferred.

Required Skills

Sign Language Expertise

· Proficiency in Indian Sign Language (ISL) and/or other recognized Sign Language systems.

· Strong understanding of Sign Language grammar, vocabulary, and communication techniques.

· Ability to teach learners at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
