We are looking to fill rolls across multiple areas - including Plastic workers, Metal Workers, CNC Router operators, Spray painter, welders and sign installers etc.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sign making, fabrication, or a related trade, with strong skills in measuring, cutting, and assembling signage materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, design files, and job specifications, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and sign-making equipment (e.g., vinyl cutters, printers, laminators), with a focus on safety.
• Knowledge of materials and finishes commonly used in signage, including vinyl application, mounting methods, and basic installation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a workshop and on-site environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.
• Physical ability to handle materials, work at heights when required, and perform manual tasks safely.
• Relevant trade certification or vocational training in sign making, fabrication, or a related field is an advantage; previous industry experience is highly beneficial.
