General Sign Maker (Flat Bed Operations / Roll Print Operations & Vinyl Application)

Behrends Bronze is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented General Sign Maker to join our production team. This position is responsible for the finishing and assembly of high-quality architectural and commercial signage, including vinyl application, sign assembly, packaging, and final quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Apply vinyl graphics to signs, panels, windows, and dimensional lettering.
• Assemble sign components using various hardware and adhesives.
• Install acrylic faces, LED components, and other sign materials where required.
• Finish and prepare signs for shipping or installation.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate production equipment including laminators, vinyl cutters, and basic shop tools.
• Read work orders and production drawings.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sign manufacturing, vinyl application, graphic installation, or production work is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reading shop drawings.
• Working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
