Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sign Maker to bring visual concepts to life through expertly crafted signage. Responsibilities

• Interpret design specifications and technical drawings to produce high-quality signs using a variety of materials and tools.
• Operate cutting-edge equipment such as vinyl cutters, CNC routers, and laser engravers to create precise signage components.
• Collaborate with designers and clients to refine sign concepts, ensuring alignment with branding and project goals.
• Apply finishing techniques including painting, laminating, mounting, and installation preparation for various types of signs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and machinery are properly calibrated and safe to operate.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to guarantee durability, accuracy, and visual appeal of finished signs.
• Keep detailed records of projects, materials used, and production timelines to support efficient workflow management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sign making or related digital design fields such as graphic design or visual communication.
• Proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, and familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding standards.
• Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress for integrating signage into digital platforms is a plus.
• Ability to operate sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, CNC routers, laser engravers, along with hand tools for finishing work.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship and quality control.
