Sign Production Project Coordinator

• Coordinate signage projects from initial order through production and completion.

• Review project information specifications measurements artwork and production requirements for completeness.

• Maintain project schedules timelines task lists and production records.

• Communicate with clients regarding project updates approvals scheduling and required information.

• Coordinate with design production fabrication and installation teams to keep projects on schedule.

• Track artwork approvals materials production status and installation dates.

• Maintain accurate digital project files customer records and communication notes.

• Assist with preparing work orders production documents and project summaries.

• Monitor project deadlines and follow up with team members regarding outstanding tasks or information.

• Identify potential production delays missing information or scheduling conflicts and escalate when necessary.

• Coordinate installation appointments and confirm project details with clients and installation teams.

• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to project related inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Support general administrative tasks that contribute to efficient sign production operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in project coordination sign production printing manufacturing or administrative support is helpful but not required.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using digital project management tools spreadsheets calendars and office software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across different teams.

• Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Interest in signage production printing graphics fabrication or project management is a plus.

• Willingness to learn sign production processes materials and company procedures through provided training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.60 - $32.00 per hour
