We are seeking a Signage Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of commercial signage projects, including exterior wall signs, ground signs, interior sign packages, ADA signage, and vinyl applications.

The ideal candidate must have exterior signage knowledge and experience. Familiarity with ADA signage, vinyl, and blueprint reading is a plus.

Your Role

• Manage signage projects from bidding through installation
• Prepare or assist with project bids, estimates, and material takeoffs
• Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, subcontractors, permitting departments, and installation teams
• Track project schedules, budgets, approvals, materials, and vendor deliverables
• Review site conditions and identify potential installation or production challenges
• Ensure signage meets approved specifications and applicable code requirements
• Communicate project updates and provide creative solutions when challenges arise
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Critical thinking, independent, and motivated
• Two years of signage industry experience minimum
• Experience with interior sign packages a plus
• The ability to present concepts or creative alternatives to customers
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
