Job Summary
Are you a lively, energetic individual with a flair for grabbing attention and engaging audiences? As a Sign Spinner, you will be the vibrant face of our brand, using dynamic movement and enthusiastic energy to attract foot traffic and promote local events or businesses. This paid position offers a fun, active role where your creativity and public presence can shine! Your primary goal is to draw attention in busy outdoor settings, creating excitement and curiosity that leads to increased visibility and customer engagement. If you love being active, enjoy connecting with people, like being outside, and have a passion for marketing; this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your enthusiasm! Headphones and a good playlist are strongly encouraged. We work with many businesses and you have likely seen us on national tv commercials (NBA, NFL, Insurance companies, but also in movies with Disney, Pixar, etc). We even have an ESPN Ochos special and a world championship every year. The best are rewarded with advancements and media opportunities!

Responsibilities

• Perform eye-catching sign spinning routines in high-traffic outdoor areas to attract attention for promotions or events (we train you!)
• Engage passersby with friendly interactions, encouraging them to learn more about the product or event being promoted
• Maintain a lively, energetic presence that draws crowds and creates a positive brand image
• Follow safety guidelines while performing routines to ensure personal safety and that of others around you
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate promotional activities and maximize visibility
• Demonstrate products or services when appropriate, providing clear information in an engaging manner
• Adapt routines based on location, audience response, and specific campaign goals to optimize impact

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
• Experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or public relations is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical routines safely while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts
• Creative mindset for developing lively sign routines that capture attention effectively

Start $15 without vehicle, $17 with vehicle and license.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
