Signage Head/ Supervisor

The Signage Head is responsible for planning, supervising, and overseeing the design, production, installation, and maintenance of company signage. This role ensures all signage meets branding standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, and project deadlines while managing the signage team and coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all signage projects from design to installation.
• Ensure all signage complies with company branding and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding signage requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of signage personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation of signage.
• Manage inventory of signage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare cost estimates, project reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in signage production, fabrication, advertising, construction, or a related industry, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication processes, installation methods, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
