This is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality signage solutions to our clients. As a Signage Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various signage systems, ensuring that all installations meet our exacting standards and client expectations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the trades and services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Install traditional signage according to customer requirements.
• Perform site assessments and measurements to determine optimal installation locations and requirements
• Utilise hand and power tools to safely mount and secure signage to walls, roofs, and other structures
• Test the safety performance of all installed signs.
• Maintain detailed installation records and documentation for quality assurance purposes
• Troubleshoot and repair existing signage systems to resolve technical issues
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices on work sites
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines, progress, and any modifications
• Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Signage Installation Technician or similar role in the trades and services industry
• Strong knowledge of signage installation techniques, materials, and best practices
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Professional communication skills and customer service orientation
• Current health and safety certifications or willingness to obtain them
• Preferred: Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in Cebu
