Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Signage BIM models using Revit.
- Create and manage Revit families for signage elements and components.
- Prepare signage shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
- Coordinate signage with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior disciplines.
- Prepare signage schedules, BOQ, and quantity take-offs.
- Review drawings, identify clashes, and incorporate design/client comments.
- Generate plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings from Revit models.
- Support project teams in delivering accurate BIM models and construction documentation.
Requirements
Experience in Signage Design / BIM / Architectural Signage.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation and Parametric Family Modeling.
- Experience in signage modeling, detailing, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of BIM coordination and construction drawings.
- Navisworks experience is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
