URGENT HIRING — SIGNAGE SITE COORDINATOR / INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER

Location: Dubai Investment Park 2, with work across UAE project sites
Salary: AED 3,000–3,500 per month, depending on relevant experience
Valid UAE driving licence mandatory
Immediate availability preferred

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team leader to coordinate our signage installation crew, communicate professionally with clients and help complete installations safely, correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Organise installers and helpers, assign tasks and supervise work on site.
• Confirm client access, installation timings and site readiness before dispatch.
• Check approved drawings, materials, tools, fixings and equipment before leaving the workshop.
• Assist directly with signage installation when required.
• Check installation quality, measurements, alignment and finishing.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and the office throughout the installation.
• Report delays, missing materials and site issues promptly, with practical solutions.
• Submit daily progress updates with photographs, completed work, outstanding items and requirements for the following day.
• Obtain completion acknowledgements and report any remaining snags.
• Encourage the crew, maintain respectful teamwork and take ownership of getting work completed.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in signage installation; related fit-out or display installation experience will also be considered.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to read basic installation drawings and use installation tools.
• Clear spoken English and ability to send understandable written updates.
• Experience coordinating a small installation crew.
• A supportive attitude, reliability and willingness to work alongside the team.
