Signal Integrity Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own signal and power integrity for high-speed DPU interfaces from simulation through bench correlation.

What you'll do:

• Run SI/PI simulation and constraint development
• Correlate models to bench measurements
• Support layout with routing guidance
• Debug high-speed link issues
• Own SerDes tuning and compliance testing

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years SI/PI engineering
• High-speed serial link expertise
• VNA/BERT/oscilloscope measurement depth
• BSEE/MSEE

Pay range: $140,000 – $175,000 per year
