Are you an experienced signage professional looking for your next challenge? IVC Signs is currently seeking an experienced Vinyl Production technician to join our young and enthusiastic team. This is a key role with excellent long-term potential and an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our company.About the RoleAs Vinyl Production technician you will report to the overall Vinyl Production Supervisor and take ownership of the efficient and high-quality output of our vinyl department. You’ll have in-depth knowledge of the sign industry and thrive in a hands-on production environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with a small team, contribute to planning and coordination, and ensure our equipment and workflow are optimised for success.Key Responsibilities

• Support the vinyl production team.
• Organise and manage production schedules and workflow.
• Operate and maintain digital printing and vinyl-cutting equipment.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Take part in vinyl design and layout work.
• Manage materials and supplies, including ordering and stock control.
• Plan deliveries and collections efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Uphold health and safety practices in the department.
• General housekeeping of the vinyl production area.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in the sign industry is a must.
• Hands-on experience with digital printing equipment and vinyl plotters.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Canon Arizona Flatbed (2500mm x 1250mm)
• Canon Colorado UV Printer (1600mm width, multi-feed)
• HP 370 Latex Printer
• Mimaki Plotters (x2)
• CNC Letter Bending Machine
• Laser Welding Equipment
