Silk Screen Printer

MaryBridget Enterprises Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Screen Printer to join our team. The Screen Printer will be responsible for producing quality printed garments and products while following production specifications, maintaining consistent quality, and meeting production deadlines.

3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Pay: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment according to job specifications
• Review work orders and production instructions before beginning a job
• Prepare garments and other products for printing
• Properly position and register garments/products for printing
• Prepare and handle inks as required
• Load and unload garments from printing equipment
• Monitor print quality throughout the production process
• Ensure colors, placement, registration, and overall appearance meet job specifications
• Adjust equipment and printing setup as needed
• Maintain consistent production quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or printing errors
• Separate and address defective or incorrectly printed items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Clean and maintain screen printing equipment and tools
• Properly handle and store inks, chemicals, screens, and other production materials
• Assist with screen preparation, reclaiming, and related production tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers regarding production needs or issues
• Meet established production schedules and deadlines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Production/manufacturing environment
• Regular standing and walking throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials
• Ability to operate screen printing equipment safely
• Ability to lift and carry garments, boxes, screens, and production materials as required
• Exposure to inks, cleaning solutions, and other materials used in the screen-printing process
• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
