Inventory Management: Monitor stock turnover, track fast-moving vs. slow-moving SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), and minimize dead stock.
Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate manufacturing fees, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery timelines.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure appealing in-store or online product displays, layout coordination, and tagging compliance.
