Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension Business Consultant with 10+ years of experience in asset management and investment systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SimCorp Dimension configuration, implementation, functional design, and Comms Server. The role involves delivering scalable investment management solutions, supporting end-to-end implementations, and driving operational improvements across front-, middle-, and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure, enhance, and support SimCorp Dimension modules based on business and technical requirements.
• Work on Comms Server, workflows, reports, interfaces, and development activities, as applicable.
• Support system integration, data migration, SIT, UAT, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and provide production support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and straight-through processing (STP).
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
• Lead client workshops, provide subject-matter expertise, and guide junior consultants where required.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in asset management, investment systems, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support, including Comms Server.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional specifications, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of asset management operating models and investment-system architecture.
• Experience working with business users and translating requirements into practical system solutions.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, testing, defect resolution, and implementation support.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Asset Management Domain Knowledge:

Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Derivatives processing

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Prior consulting experience in asset management, asset servicing, or investment operations.
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to solution design best practices.
