Our specialist Office, Commercial & Finance recruitment team is always keen to hear from experienced Administrators with Simpro experience.

We partner with a range of businesses across the Bay of Plenty and regularly recruit for administration positions where Simpro experience is highly valued.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Using Simpro for job management, scheduling, inventory and invoicing
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• GST and PAYE processing
• Payroll administration
• General administration and office support
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

• Previous experience using Simpro, including scheduling, inventory and invoicing modules
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• The legal right to work in New Zealand
