Simulation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MBD Specialist with strong expertise in Multibody Dynamics (MBD), MSC ADAMS, and vehicle simulation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing system-level mechanisms and simulation models, performing ride and handling analysis, generating virtual road load data, and correlating simulation results with physical vehicle measurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop system-level mechanisms and multibody simulation models using MSC ADAMS .
• Perform Ride and Handling analysis using MSC ADAMS/Car and interpret simulation results.
• Work on MBD Virtual Road Load Data (VRLDA) engineering activities.
• Perform static load generation analysis using ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View .
• Create ADAMS macros to automate simulation processes and generate fast, accurate, and error-free outputs.
• Collaborate closely with vehicle design and engineering teams to develop robust full-vehicle ADAMS/Car models .
• Validate and correlate simulation results with measured data from vehicles and subsystems.
• Analyze simulation results and provide engineering insights and recommendations.
• Support model development, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Multibody Dynamics (MBD) simulation.
• Hands-on experience with MSC ADAMS , particularly ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View .
• Experience with Ride & Handling analysis .
• Knowledge of Virtual Road Load Data (VRLDA) engineering.
• Experience developing and working with full-vehicle ADAMS/Car models .
• Ability to perform static load generation and simulation analysis.
• Experience creating ADAMS macros for automation and efficient output generation.
• Experience correlating simulation results with physical test or measurement data.
• Strong mechanical engineering and vehicle dynamics fundamentals.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• M.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with automotive vehicle systems and subsystems.
• Experience with vehicle dynamics, suspension systems, or chassis-related simulation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, testing, and simulation teams.
