Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Simulator Staff / Operator to assist customers and ensure the safe and smooth operation of our simulator.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor simulator equipment.
• Explain simulator instructions and safety procedures to customers.
• Assist customers before, during, and after their sessions.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
• Monitor bookings and customer schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the simulator area.
• Report equipment issues or technical problems to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in simulator operations, entertainment, gaming, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic computer and equipment-handling skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented.
• Responsible and attentive to safety.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
