This unique role combines the art of hospitality with lively entertainment, allowing you to engage guests through singing while delivering top-tier food and beverage service. All Singing Servings will audition for our singing committee and must have prepared 1 slow song and 1 upbeat song that is memorized and performed confidently.

Duties

• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Sing and entertain guests during their dining experience, creating a lively and engaging environment.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently.
• Upsell menu items, including appetizers, and our delicious desserts.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with pre-bussing tables and setting up dining areas as needed.
• Maintaining a full time schedule including Sundays.

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables (4-6) efficiently while maintaining high energy levels.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests through singing and interaction.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and handling sales accurately; understanding of food safety protocols is essential.
