SI/PI Senior Engineer

• Senior SI/PI engineer * SI/PI design of chip/PKG/PCB development in consumer, auto and enterprise HPC products. * Memory and high speed Serdes interface SI/PI design. * High performance CPU/GPU/APU PI and PDN design. * Setup high speed design constraint, PDN spec for PKG/PCB for product development.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• * MS or above in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Electromagnetic Engineering.
• * Experiences in signal integrity and power integrity with high speed design on package, PCB and system.
• * Expertise in SI/PI knowledge to memory and Serdes interfaces.
• * Expertise in high performance CPU/GPU/APU PDN/IR analysis.
• * Familiar with EM simulation tools, eg. Ansys and Cadence tool.
• * Familiar with circuit simulator tools such as Cadence Spectre and Synopsys HSPICE.
• * Good communication skills and technical consultancy to customers.
• * Coding skills and automation capability of SI/PI methodology with Python, Matlab and C is a plus.
