SIRA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion/Alarm systems per SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency, Dubai Police) technical standards

Prepare and submit design drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals for SIRA approval

Liaise with SIRA and other authorities for approvals, inspections, and certification

Conduct site surveys and translate requirements into compliant designs

Oversee installation/commissioning alongside the Projects and Service teams

Prepare technical documentation — system architecture, cable schedules, as-built drawings

Coordinate with Procurement on SIRA-approved equipment sourcing

Support after-sales testing and compliance checks

Track SIRA regulation updates and brief internal teams

Requirements:

BTech or Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering

Valid SIRA Engineer certification/license required

3+ years UAE experience in security systems design (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm)

Strong knowledge of SIRA rules, standards, and approval process

AutoCAD proficiency for system layout drawings

Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Gallagher

IP networking knowledge for security systems

Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
