SIT Lead / Integration Test Engineer

Role Summary:
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) efforts for ServiceNow integrations, ensuring end-to-end validation across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute SIT strategy and test plans
• Develop comprehensive integration test cases and scenarios
• Validate integrations with systems like Nexthink, Citrix, Ping ID, Workday, IAM
• Coordinate with development and business teams on test execution
• Perform defect triage, tracking, and resolution
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Experience in ServiceNow SIT and integration testing
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and defect management tools
• Exposure to enterprise systems (IAM, Workday, Citrix, etc.)
• Ability to lead testing cycles and stakeholder coordination
