Job Description

We are looking for experienced Site Accountants to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our civil construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day site accounts and financial records.
• Handle cash, petty cash, site expenses, and payments.
• Verify and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and supplier accounts.
• Prepare payment statements and expense reports.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Accounts & Finance team.
• Maintain records of material purchases, labour payments, and site expenses.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
• Reconcile cash, bank, vendor, and ledger accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Ensure proper documentation as per company procedures.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, vendor reconciliation, and site expenses.
• Experience with subcontractor and supplier accounts preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates willing to work at project sites.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Fooding & Accommodation: Provided as per project/site policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
