Site Accountant

Role & responsibilities -

ASC Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Site Accountants to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at its project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily cash books, ledgers and site accounts.
• Record purchase bills, vendor invoices and payment transactions.
• Handle petty cash, cash vouchers and expense statements.
• Verify bills submitted by contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain labor wage records, attendance and payment details.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Finance and Accounts Department.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce (B Com preferred).
• 3 to 6 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and basic GST/TDS documentation.
• Ability to manage site accounts independently.
