Site Acquisition and Development Manager

The Site Acquisition and Development Manager is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing strategic locations to support business growth and expansion. The role oversees site sourcing, property evaluation, negotiation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of expansion projects.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential land and property locations for business expansion.

• Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, including property search, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.

• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and location assessments.

• Analyze site potential based on demographics, accessibility, commercial viability, and business requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and government stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations for lease agreements, land acquisition, and property partnerships.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management decision-making.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to property expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition, land acquisition, real estate development, commercial leasing, or property management.
• Proven experience in handling property negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of real estate processes, market analysis, and site evaluation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and travel as needed.
