Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (berpengalaman) atau S1 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Site Acquisition, Store Development, Business Expansion, Leasing, atau Property Acquisition, dari industri Retail dan/atau F&B.
- Berpengalaman dalam pencarian lokasi, survei, analisis kelayakan, negosiasi dengan landlord, serta proses pembukaan outlet baru.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, analisis, komunikasi, dan stakeholder management yang baik.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office dan terbiasa menggunakan Google Maps/Google Earth untuk analisis lokasi.
- Bersedia penempatan Head Office - Malang
