Position: Site Acquisition Manager

Our client seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Manager with a strong background in commercial site acquisition and retail expansion, particularly within the restaurant and beverage chain industry.

The ideal candidate will have an established network and strong relationships with landlords, property owners, real estate developers, shopping malls, and leasing teams of leading retail destinations. This role is responsible for identifying high-potential locations, securing prime commercial spaces, negotiating favorable lease terms, and supporting the company's expansion strategy through new store openings.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure prime locations for new restaurant and beverage outlets to support business expansion.
• Build and maintain strong networks with landlords, property owners, real estate developers, shopping malls, and leasing teams.
• Source high-potential locations across shopping malls, department stores, community malls, and mixed-use developments.
• Evaluate site potential, foot traffic, target customers, competition, and commercial feasibility.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Design, and Construction teams from site selection to store opening.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential locations and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Retail Leasing, Real Estate, or Store Expansion.
• Experience in restaurant, F&B, retail, or chain businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong established network with landlords, property owners, real estate developers, and shopping mall leasing teams is essential.
• Proven track record in securing prime locations and negotiating lease agreements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel; must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
