Site Acquisition Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in securing permits from Barangays and Local Government Units (LGUs) is an advantage.
• Experience in site acquisition or telecommunications is an advantage but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunications projects.
• Coordinate with property owners, Barangay officials, and Local Government Units (LGUs) regarding site acquisition and permitting requirements.
• Process and monitor permits, clearances, and other required documents.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and field surveys as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of site acquisition activities.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, property owners, and government offices.
• Perform other tasks related to site acquisition as assigned by management.
