What they need
- Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.
- Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.
- Negotiation of the price for extending land lease with external (land owner and building management)
- Ensuring the rent price is still within the budget
- Closing process of all documents related especially Berita Acara Kesepakatan (land owner) and agreement
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Minimum 2-5 year(s) of working experience in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably)
- Experienced in Retail industry and opening store in mall
- Good in managing data
- Good in team work and communication skill
- Willing to travel
