Site Admin Assistant - HR Timekeeping

Site Admin Assistant'sjob responsibilities/duties include, but not limited to, monitoring day-to-day operations on site, handles various paper works, maintain and organized soft and hard copy files, monitor general supplies needed, answering phone calls and emails, assisting visitors/clients, and handles arranging appointments.

Pre-Deployment Training

Successful applicants will undergo 1–2 weeks of paid training at our Head Office in Quezon City prior to deployment to the Palawan project site.

Staff house accommodation will be provided during the training period and during site deployment, subject to company policy.

The training will familiarize successful candidates with our company procedures, documentation requirements, project systems, and standards before deployment to the project site.

Qualifications:

• Must completed at least 2 years in college;

• Must have an in-depth knowledge of reports and other documents;

• Withat least 1-year experience in handling documents and clerical works; is an advantage.

• With at least 6 months of working experience as Timekeeper and Spot Checker in construction industry is an advantage;

• Must be good in clerical works and organizing;

• Must have a basic knowledge in using MS application (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);

• Willing to be assigned to Palawan Site (Staff House Provided upon deployment).

• Can start immediately.
