Site Admin Clerk

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Admin Clerk to join our contract team at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd in Ketiau, Putatan, Sabah. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day management.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site activities
2. Coordinating site logistics, including scheduling meetings and managing equipment/material orders
3. Providing administrative assistance to site managers and other team members as needed
4. Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner
5. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
6. Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the site office

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or site clerk, ideally in the construction industry
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. Knowledge of construction site operations and office management practices
