About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Admin to join our team at PT Arianda Putra Pratama. As a Site Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our site in Semarang, Central Java. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing and maintaining the office's administrative systems and procedures
2. Handling various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
3. Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests
4. Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Biomedical/Electromedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent health-related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills as required
9. Able to work on Weekends if needed
