To assist the Building Manager/Supervisor in his daily work.

To supervise service providers in meeting the expectations of owners.

To supervise the in-house facility technician to execute all repair and maintenance works effectively.

• Daily record on all issues/complaints matters generally and execute to the best of your knowledge and ability.
• Daily checking of email is compulsory.
• Collect service charges and other amounts whether under the Sale & Purchase Agreements or otherwise on behalf of the JMB/MC.
• Ensure official receipts are issued for all collection.
• Maintain a proper collection record against banked-in record and to update daily records of collection and bank in slips.
• Ensure all collection are banked in on the same day irrespective of the amount.
