Site Admin

We are looking for an organized and proactive Site Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative, logistical, and operational tasks at our project site. You will play a key role in supporting procurement, HR coordination, and document control to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Materials: Raise and track PRF/WORF/APRF forms, update material delivery summaries, and maintain concrete consumption records.
• HR Coordination: Track site attendance (bi-monthly verification), process leave, overtime, and outstation requests, and assist with new worker onboarding.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare meeting minutes, manage transmittal forms, maintain drawing lists, and track machinery fuel consumption.
• Asset Support: Update site inventory listings, report faulty machinery, and maintain equipment records.
• Progress Updates: Coordinate with the PSM department to submit site results and progress percentages twice a month.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently on-site.
• Previous experience in site administration or project coordination is an advantage.
