What they need
- Administers functions related to human resources, finance, procurement, inventory, planning and transportation, according to respective functional assignment.
- Collects, maintains and verifies daily, monthly and yearly documentation records related to site operation and files reports for internal and external entities as scheduled or according to particular requirements.
- Monitors site purchasing needs and communicates needs to head office procurement staff, ensuring availability of equipment and site stationary.
- Provides relevant information to operation teams of all functions, to ensure proper and correct dissemination of information across the site.
- Communicates with head office to share relevant information with various departments, including investigation of issues and analysis for continuous improvement.
- Follows up with client or customer requests and handles issues related to documents, meeting participation, public relations, HR, purchasing and F&A (if applicable).
- Operating under the quality management system (ISO) and CEVA HSSE standard correctly
- Deliver other duties and tasks as assigned
