Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, absences, and attendance reports.
• Handle employee registration and maintain updated employee records.
• Prepare attendance records for claim submission and driver/lorry trip claims.
• Prepare and organize petty cash claims and supporting receipts.
• Maintain fuel records based on fuel receipts.
• Monitor and maintain daily machinery records submitted by machinery operators.
• Assist in handling utility bills, rental payments, invoices, and related documentation.
• Maintain machinery and asset records and monitor machinery road tax renewal.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for site operational requirements and requested supplies.
• Ensure Delivery Orders (DOs) are properly signed and maintain relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant site personnel and PPK on matters related to site operations.
• Organize, update, and maintain site documents and filing systems, including documentation required for audit purposes.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum SPM or Diploma.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word & Powerpoint.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
