Site Admin Executive (Construction)

• Salary Package:Up till $2600 basic - $3200 basic + Variable Bonus
• Company Industry: A1 Main Construction
• Working location: Near Mattar MRT station
• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 8.30am to 12pm

Responsible

• Maintain site documents, drawings, inspection forms, submissions, and correspondence.
• Support the project team with meeting minutes, submission tracking, calls, and general administration.
• Keep records of site materials, equipment, worker attendance, overtime, and timesheets.
• Coordinate site administrative matters with the Head Office.
• Act as the first point of contact for school and resident enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Prepare resident notices and arrange dialogue sessions, house visits, and site inspections when required.
• Track complaints, follow up with the project team, and respond within the required timeframe.
• Support good relations with the surrounding community throughout construction.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ Level/ Diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years experience working as an administration in Construction Industry
