SITE ADMIN (GEOMATIC)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Admin with experience in geomatics, surveying, GIS, or related fields to support project planning, coordination, and documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, survey teams, and technical staff to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage project records, drawings, survey data, and GIS-related documents.
• Prepare Documentation for Claims
• Compile supporting documents for claims
• Prepare Site reports
• Ensure all documents are complete before submission
• Coordinate with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR)
• Handle submissions and follow-ups for approvals
• Submit drawings / as-built drawings
• Track approval status
• Submit claims to TNB consultant/client
• Maintain proper submission records
• Attend site visits with:
• Clients-(TNB)
• Communication & Follow-up
• Liaise between Authorities-KUSEL
• Follow up on approvals, claims, and documentation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of utilty mapping and PBT ,TNB
• claims process
• Familiar with local authority procedures (JKR, Majlis)
• Good in documentation & organization
• Communication & follow-up skills (very importantRequirements:
• A matured professional with a minimum of 1-2 years in construction.
• Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya base KL

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
