Site Administrator (Admin Proyek) - Construction

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You keep the site office running: attendance, documents, reporting. Nothing glamorous, and the whole project depends on it being accurate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Daily attendance and timesheets for direct labour and subcontractors, with overtime recorded correctly.

Prepare the weekly manpower and payroll input and send it to head office on time.

File and control site documents: delivery notes, purchase orders, inspection records, drawings register, permits.

Compile the daily site report and the weekly progress report from supervisor input.

Manage petty cash on site with full receipts and a clean reconciliation.

Handle site office supplies, accommodation logistics and visitor records.

Support the Project Manager with meeting minutes and follow up lists.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SMK or D3, any discipline. Administration or accounting background preferred.

Minimum 2 years in project administration, ideally on a construction site.

Strong Excel. You will live in it.

Accurate with numbers and documents. An attendance sheet that is 90 percent right is 100 percent useless.

Discreet with payroll and cost information.

Bahasa Indonesia required. Basic English is an advantage.

Based in or willing to relocate to the Ubud area.

PKWT, project based, extended onto the next project on performance.

BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan from day one, THR, meal and transport allowance.

Overtime paid separately on top of basic salary, per Indonesian labour law.

TENTANG POSISI INI

Anda menjaga kantor proyek tetap berjalan: absensi, dokumen, pelaporan. Tidak mencolok, namun seluruh proyek bergantung pada ketepatannya.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

Absensi harian dan timesheet untuk tenaga harian dan subkontraktor, dengan lembur tercatat benar.

Menyiapkan data tenaga kerja dan input payroll mingguan serta mengirimkannya tepat waktu ke kantor pusat.

Mengarsip dan mengendalikan dokumen proyek: surat jalan, purchase order, catatan inspeksi, daftar gambar, perizinan.

Menyusun laporan harian dan laporan progres mingguan dari data supervisor.

Mengelola kas kecil proyek dengan bukti lengkap dan rekonsiliasi yang rapi.

Mengurus kebutuhan kantor proyek, logistik akomodasi dan catatan tamu.

Membantu Project Manager membuat notulen rapat dan daftar tindak lanjut.

KUALIFIKASI

SMK atau D3 semua jurusan. Latar belakang administrasi atau akuntansi diutamakan.

Minimal 2 tahun di administrasi proyek, diutamakan di proyek konstruksi.

Menguasai Excel dengan baik. Anda akan bekerja di dalamnya setiap hari.

Teliti dengan angka dan dokumen. Absensi yang benar 90 persen sama saja tidak berguna.

Dapat menjaga kerahasiaan data payroll dan biaya.

Wajib berbahasa Indonesia. Bahasa Inggris dasar menjadi nilai tambah.

Berdomisili di sekitar Ubud atau bersedia pindah ke sana.

YANG KAMI TAWARKAN

Satu proyek berjalan sekarang, dan rangkaian proyek villa dan hotel berikutnya.

PKWT berbasis proyek, diperpanjang ke proyek berikutnya berdasarkan kinerja.

BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sejak hari pertama, THR, tunjangan makan dan transport.

Lembur dibayar terpisah di luar gaji pokok, sesuai peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
