About the roleCategory 5 Labour Management are currently seeking high-level site administrators for reputable clients across the Pilbara.

Skills & experience

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Strong capability across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Duties & responsibilities

• Experience with raising purchase requisitions, reconciling monthly statements & assisting department budgets
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors
• Maintain accurate records relating to bookings, documentation and expenses
• Assist with mobilisation, onboarding and day‑to‑day enquiries from employees, contractors and external stakeholders
• Assist with meeting coordination, reporting and general administrative tasks as required
• Complete data entry and maintain employee and contractor records
