  • Liaise with internal teams, construction supervision, and site personnel to support
    smooth workforce coordination.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and general project administration activities.
  • Support timesheet and payroll-related inputs to ensure accurate processing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project administration processes and

About you:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, or similar

  • Strong organisational skills with a natural eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing
priorities in a calm and methodical manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective
    relationships across all levels.
  • High level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and
    Outlook.
  • Confident learning new systems and adapting to project-specific processes.
  • Proactive attitude and a genuine drive to contribute to both project outcomes and
    personal development.
  • Experience supporting FIFO workforce logistics is highly regarded
