Site Administrator

Are you a highly organised Administrator looking for a varied site based role that offers part time hours?

We are looking for a proactive Site Administrator to join our friendly team in Wiltshire on a part time basis. Working 20 hours per week, you will support the Site Manager with purchase orders, processing invoices and coordinating site schedules to support the smooth running of the site.

Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

• Raising purchase orders and providing invoices
• Ordering materials for various projects
• Scheduling works across the site
• Liaising with the engineers on project progress
• Uploading project information to our system
• Assist the site manager with general admin tasks

Essential

• Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
• Previous experience working in an office environment
