SITE ADMINISTRATOR

Site Admin Extraordinaire Wanted Hours 6:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Thursday

6:00am – 12:00pm Fridays (hello long weekends!)

Location: Head Office with flexibility to work at QAL and Yarwun as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reconciling daily timesheets
• Generating & reconciling monthly claims
• Document control & data entry
• Booking travel & fatigue management
• Assisting with training & onboarding
• Supporting site managers & reporting on completions

What You’ll Bring

• Previous site-based admin experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Great communication & teamwork skills
• Commitment to Health & Safety practices
