Site Administrator

Silverstone is seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Administrator to join our project delivery team on a 2/1 FIFO roster in the Pilbara.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to site management and project teams, with a strong focus on workforce mobilisation, compliance, onboarding, document control and day-to-day site operations.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced mining and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General site administration and project support
• Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and contractor timesheets
• Coordinating rosters, flights, accommodation and mobilisation
• Managing site onboarding, inductions and workforce compliance
• Maintaining site records, registers and project documentation
• Updating reports and providing administrative support as required

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Previous Site Administrator experience within mining or construction
• Experience with Enable (ERMS), MyPass, Workflow and INX highly regarded
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
