Site Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on a new civil infrastructure project in North Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing company with long-term opportunities across the Munster region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house and general site office administration.
• Review and process invoices, resolving discrepancies as required.
• Complete month-end material reconciliations and maintain project records.
• Manage document control and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Support project monitoring, financial reporting and cost control.
• Assist the commercial team and site management with daily administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and undertake ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years' experience in a similar role.
• Previous construction or site administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with colleagues, suppliers and the public.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy project environment.
